The "Concept House", a multi-million dollar French Chateau in the heart of the prestigious Governors Club, was built in the Fall 2005 by Atkinson Construction & Associates. As a part of Atkinson Construction & Associates commitment to give back to the Middle Tennessee community, proceeds from the ticket sales of the tour were donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Nashville.
